SchedulerPro started years ago as a tool to solve a problem inside a real, working home care agency. Schedulers were drowning in spreadsheets, sticky notes, and last-minute call-outs. The software on the market was either too expensive, too bloated, or built for everything except the part that actually matters most — getting the right caregiver to the right client at the right time.
So we built our own. It worked. Agencies we knew started asking if they could use it too.
Today, SchedulerPro is a modernized, AI-assisted scheduling platform — rebuilt from the ground up for the agencies that keep home care running. The mission hasn't changed: give home care businesses the tools they need to do this work well, at a price that makes sense for a small or mid-sized agency.
SchedulerPro was built by two brothers from two different sides of the same problem.
Juan owns and operates South Cross Inc., a non-medical home care agency in Berlin, CT, serving older adults and individuals with disabilities across the Greater Hartford area, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He's spent years living the realities of running an agency — last-minute call-outs, caregiver-client matching, service authorizations, and the constant pressure of making sure no one's care is interrupted. South Cross is also where SchedulerPro is tested every day, by the people who actually depend on it.
Rafael is a cybersecurity and cloud executive with more than 20 years of experience building and securing software at scale, across Fortune 500 manufacturing, large national banks, and healthcare technology companies. The original version of SchedulerPro was something he built to help his brother get South Cross out from under the chaos of manual scheduling.
It's a rare combination in this industry: software designed around an operator who actually runs an agency, and engineered by a security leader who's spent his career protecting sensitive data in regulated environments. That's the foundation SchedulerPro is built on.
We do one thing: scheduling. We don't try to be your billing system, your CRM, your payroll provider, or your clinical platform. There are tools for those jobs, and many of our customers already have them.

Where caregivers see their schedules, clock in and out of visits, accept or decline shifts, view client notes, and communicate directly with the office. Available on iOS and Android.

SchedulerPro is being used today by two home care agencies in Connecticut, including South Cross. We chose to start small and close to home, with operators we know and trust, so we could build the right things in the right order. The early results have been exactly what we hoped for: faster scheduling, fewer gaps, and schedulers who tell us they finally have software that works with them instead of against them.
